Hello everybody,
I am new on the forum I I hope that you will not consider this like a spam. Anyway I need your help. I live in Italy where I am doing by myself the reconstruction of an ancient structure (60 mq). I will open there my new ceramic studio and shop. It is in good condition (only dump and dust) and there are lights and shelfs. I am starting also a project ( 234studio.blogspot.com) where you can find more pictures of the place. I am new and it is forbidden to me to post link or pictures.
With 234 euro, in 23,4 days, I willl do my best to rebuild the structure.
What I am asking you is to suggest ideas to make the furnishing using recycling stuff of no cost objects. I hope that you can help me.
Thanks :D
G

For now I would keep it clean and simple. Let your work be the main focus. Not sure what color palate your work usually is but be sure to put something complimentary on the walls.

Perhaps in the style of an art gallery.

Good luck, on and Welcome!!

We had a home with crumbly walls long ago (because of a leaky roof which had been repaired). It was a rental and we could not afford to put in new walls. So, wallpaper! Everyone warned me that it would not stay put on crumbly walls so we used extra thick paste. It was still in place years later when we left. Wallpaper is kind of dated and old but you could choose something that is not too patterned, many just look like an interesting wall instead of old fashioned wall paper. Or perhaps an old style paper would be an interesting decorator touch if you find the right one.

I redecorated a room similar in shape to the one in your picture. I found that painting the different angles of the room slightly different colors (such as the portion surrounding the window) it gave the interesting angles of the room some depth.

Hope my "cheap" ideas work!

thank you so much... you are great.... all the suggestions are important. As you saied it is important to be simple at the beginning so people can pay more attention on the works. Anyway my style is really simple, look at my avatar.... :) and rich of colours. Maybe on one wall it should be nice to put wallpaper. If I find one cheep and nice i will mounts it. Thank you so much.

Maybe you could use a decoupage technique with brown paper. Do they use brown paper grocery sacks over there. The torn edges would give a nice textured effect. :idunno
