Does anyone else here like to go to Home Depot, stare at their goods, and remodel their house in their head? I love doing that; I think I've mentally redone my kitchen half a dozen times!
I enjoy going to Lowe's more than I do going to Home Depot. We had a brand new Home Depot, but it closed within five years of opening its doors here. The Lowe's store does a pretty brisk business in our town. Home Depot was always like a big cavernous ghost building.
I also like Lowe's a lot better than Home Depot. I have found numerous items from Lowe's, that I couldn't find at Home Depot. Yes, I have dreamed while in these stores, and implemented a few, actually. Magazines do it for me too.
We have both of these stores withing a few miles of me. I do try to shop with a local business before going to a chain store. It's so easy to get carried away with projects when I go into these places.
