Honey & Spice Glazed Pork Chops
4 servings

4 (4-oz) boneless pork chops about 1/2 inch thick

Combine in a bowl and set aside:
1/4 c honey
2 T Dijon mustard (I've used spicy brown mustard)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease (I use olive oil in a spray bottle) or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook chops 2 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour honey spice mixture over chops. Cook about 5 minutes and turn the chops. Cook about 5 minutes more, or until done.
