I just watched my 2 year old son finish his breakfast, put the lid back on a tupperware container (that doubled as his plate), go put it in the fridge - rearranging a few things to make it fit, come back to the table, put his empty milk cup in the sink, push in his chair and hop on the couch to watch PBS (which was already on).

Wow! I g2g give someone a BIG hug! :D

You can't ask for more than that!!!! :)

My daughter did great up to about 4 mos ago. (she is nearing 5 now)

when I ask her to bring a plate from her tv room she freaks, yells she is just too tired, her legs don't work, she just can't handle it, oh the torment and drama. I try to explain to her by the time she says all that, and I have MY SAY, and she takes that plate to the kitchen, she could have been done hours ago..LOL

Nicole loves PBS also. Some good shows on there actually!!

I spoil him rotten because he's generally perfect. Eats his vegetables... Wants a garden for his birthday...

He actually asked for something in a store last night, "for Christmas" and I think I'm going to get it (or something similar)! It was a kid's chair and desk set - some little plastic thing. I am going to stop at a thrift store that usually has old school desks for cheap. I sure hope they have one.

Then we gave him a dollar to buy a hot wheels car. I swear he was more interested in the receipt and the 8 cents change to put in his piggy bank.

Ridiculously cute. I am the spoiled one here!!
