It's not a good idea and I'm sure you cautioned her to not do that again.....but it shouldn't cause any lasting harm.

She didnt do it on purpose..she forgot that she already took the first ones...untill after she tok the second ones. ( she IS a blond) NBo offence to anyone...but this girl REALLY lives up to it! She bought one of those alluminum cake pans...with the plastic lid. She wanted to bake chicken in it. When my son got home, she pulled it out of the oven, and said...now where did that go? My son said...where did WHAT go? She said...the lid! Yup, she put the lid ON the pan, and in the oven. My son got a fork, and peeled it off the chicken...and just laughed.

I would have her watch for abdominal or lower back pain. Being diabetic changes things a bit and if she already has some issues with kidneys and that much Tylenol. Worst case would be failure, though not likely. If she sees that her urine is the color of cola, she should get to the hospital with out much delay.

Your DIL might be my sister! metal bowl in an old microwave. Numerous dry clean only items in the washing machine. Though my all time favorite.. she called to get me to troubleshoot her computer. It wouldn't come one. Oh yeah.. you know it.. it was not plugged in.

I can beat you on that blonde story..... :D

We had a very dipsy older blonde working in one of our offices and she had pulled every misguided move one can pull but she really topped herself one day:

She was standing at the copier making numerous copies and one of the girls asked her what in the world she was making so many copies of....

Her reply?

"We are down to the last package of copying paper and I'm making more!"

Yep...she was copying a blank sheet of paper.

:he   :gig

My favorite was the employee who called the IT guys to tell them the fax function on her computer was not working well. They arrived and gave it a try and it worked perfectly. They asked her to show them what she was doing, and she held a sheet of paper up to the monitor screen and clicked her mouse.

Wow, there are people truly that blonde?

However, my brunette coworker one time couldn't get the filter on the turtle tank to work. Someone came over to look at it, wasn't plugged in :D

Yep...

I'm blonde, but not that blonde :)

We went out to dinner once and got a 'bottomless basket of wings' with our meal... one of the (blonde) girls we were with picked it up when we emptied it the first time and said 'There is so a bottom on the basket' to the waitress.

One of my (brunette, and male) friends called me back when we had first started university. His mom had done EVERYTHING for him, and it was his very first week away from home. The directions on the side of the box of Kraft Dinner called for salted water, he was standing in the grocery store and couldn't figure out where the salted water was, they only had bottles of regular water....
