I was in the Army Wife. What is your sons MOS? Give the actual name as I only know the basic combat MOSs by number. What rank is he?

Calvin just made E-3. He is a cook but he usually ends up doing a lot of the baking. He recently competed in a cake baking competition and his DFAC (Dining facility for you civilians out there) team won. He promised to make coconut macaroons for me when he comes home for Christmas. These are his specialty and they always seem to disappear before they can even make it out of the kitchen (apparently a lot of higher ranking people have to "inspect" them! LOL). We are going to work on them together so I can make them low carb

I had a friend that was a cook. They have great hours that allow them to miss a lot of the BS the Army has to offer. Our chow hall was great. I gained 30 lbs in 4 years despite running 4 miles every day and doing all the strenuous work.

I started to go to games back - ready for this? - in 1982. Navy lost so consistently in those years it was just a pitiful thing. We used to joke that they played football about as well as Army swam!!




But, this is good that was an awesome touchdown!! Kids screaming, me jumping up dog barking!! Woo!
