.....a medium sized Ohio doe, after she is skinned and de-boned,had some 'taters, carrots, onions and pea's added, will yield 21 qts of venison stew. :clap

pressure canned? Boil bath?

I canned some doe last year too, pressure canned mine for 40 minutes at 11 pounds.

Could you share your stew recipe a little better? I'd be greatful :hugs
