Kravin' Kraut

I don't know why but I am craving sauerkraut. And I am almost out!!!

I am sure you all have reasons why I would be craving kraut.

Because it's full of good bacteria that your body knows it needs??? Like Kefir.

Did a quick search. It could be I am lacking in vitamins B and K.

I just took mine out of the fermenting jar yesterday. Its all ready to eat. Come on over and replinish your bacteria and vitamin B & K supply while you make more.

Your craving could just be withdrawal symptoms.
