Unless there is a specific stain or mark then I would suggest using only a dry or damp cloth. Using any amount of liquid runs the risk of the wood under the laminate or in the joins swelling and distorting the wood.
You can use vinager and water, some people use hot water and it works well for them. Others persons combine white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, water, and some drops dishwashing liquid.
My uncle has laminate wood floors and he uses a steam mop to clean and then an almond oil made for laminate floors to shine it back up. It works really well and floors are not at all sticky.
