My temp has always measured 96.7-97.9. I feel feverish over 98 LOL.

When I was little I had to tell the doctors I was fine because everything measured so low!

*giggles*

This might have something to do with "why" though ...

The eventual result is that the adrenals become taxed, cortisol levels climb, the thyroid suffers and hormone levels are depressed.
bwahahaha. Mine are all hyper. I just happen to also have a very low temperature :p I went low carb in the hopes of slowing my thyroid and other hormone levels :D

adrenal glands (as does thyroid) also need sufficient iodine to function correctly. If you are not supplementing with iodine you are likely deficient.

Actually I have supplimented for years, and have even started taking desicatted thyroid.
No dice ;) At least in getting the temps up, till I got away from low carb eating.

I wondered if you got tested for being hyperthyroid?
Hyper comes with inability to tolerate heat, whereas hypo cannot tolerate cold.
So, hypers will have higher then normal temps, whereas hypos will have lower then normal.

Would that require a doctor's visit somewhere?

LOLOL

Nope. Just by symptom. Including the awesome waxy skin scars.

And yeh, I cannot tolerate heat. I lubs the cold.

I just have a lower temp. I always figured because my temp was lower, I felt the heat faster :)

Sounds to me like you might actually have Graves?!

Yes, in order to find out for sure, you have to get a full thyroid panel done. Not a basic.
Its just a blood draw, so not too spendy.

pffff. I bet it costs money.

I'm not worried about anything. LOL. My body is just quirky. It has seizures too, that I get to mostly ignore. *laughing*

If it costs $$, I can't afford it :)

eta: Also missing almost all the symptoms :D
