It reminded me of the segment in Food, Inc. when they talk about Walmart, and how they are offering things like hormone-free milk because people are demanding it. It was in the part about voting with your dollars. It is a business decision, so this company is not really concerned about your health, but it is a start. I think you might find a lot of milk that is labelled "hormone-free" nowadays. The link said nothing about raw, grass-fed, etc, and they would be loudly declaring these things, too. But hormone-free is a start.

It's for sure not raw, but it's not ultra-pasturized either. I do know that Luvel, who is the local dairy, pastures their cows. They still have the milk cows on the land in Kosciusko! Eating for real green grass in the sunshine.

So free, you think I'd be better off buying this milk than the organic ultra-pasturized, which is all I can find?

Or rather, if you didn't have access to raw, and the two above choices (Organic ultra-past OR grass fed, non-hormone, regular pasturized) were all you had, which one would you get?
