Hmm, I have massive quantities of Paneer in my fridge after the thread the other day.

spring greens
tomatoes
banana pepper rings
toasted almonds
huge crumbles paneer
grilled chicken
creamy greek dressing
ETA: secret I learned from Hooligan's (our local greek/middle eastern place) about the chicken is to boil it before you grill it. Makes it tender and juicy and don't-need-a-knife!
