We smokes a pork loin yesterday and now I need to figure out what to do with it.
I could cook up some brown rice and make fried rice...but that's a little dull.
I have some artichokes that i plan to cook and some Brussels sprouts that I'd like to roast up. But I am not sure what to do with the meat. It has great flavor but you know, it is just a hunk o meat.
DH like sauces, maybe I could come up with some sort of a sauce to serve over the warmed meat.
