Need gluten free appetizer & dessert ideas

For Mother's Day we are going to BIL's house. I am bringing a kid friendly appy and kid friendly dessert. They need to be gluten free and since this is a recent new twist, I am looking for some clever ideas!

This is a great place to find gluten free . NOT low carb, really and not always low sugar. But always gluten free Easy to adjust for lower sugars though LOL.

These cookies are great. I cut the sugar to just under 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, and add another 1/4 cup of grapeseed oil.

Potato, cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions???

I settled on those peanut butter GF cookies that I linked above, and choc covered strawberries.

DD16 asked me to bring deviled eggs and veggies and dip.

Works for me

Watch the sour cream Tanks. Most of it has modified food starch which is hidden gluten. Daisy brand sour cream is wonderful!!! Read the label it says: contains sour cream. Who would think a thing like that? Actual sour cream in a sour cream container!!! They have me sold forever!!

No Mirical Whip in the Deviled eggs please. More hidden gluten. Mayo is fine.

As for suggestions... I love cheese on a Blue Diamond nut cracker or GF Cheesecake (posted that recipe in the GF thread).

Hey FF....I looked at a box of those Blue Diamond nut crackers...they have a wheat warning on them, so I did not get them :/
