Nixtamalizing Grains

Looks nothing like the link, smells, inedible, cant be shaped into tortillas - stuck to the parchment. Its like glue and oatmeal had a baby together.

I think one of your biggest problems is not having a grinder to properly grind the grains. I think the corn meal has to be much finer than that to make a tortilla.

I bought a grain mill so I could try nixtamalizing, dehydrating, and milling it.

Good luck with the grain mill. What kind did you get?
I think it iwll really help with what you are trying to make. I love making homemade bread with the flour I mill.
