It came about 5 days ago and I finally had time to view it. Fantastic information.

The black and white photos of the teeth/facial features and palate from isolated people (from the 30's) that ate a traditional diet free from any processed food are, well, incredible compared to modern day teeth. Plus they NEVER brushed them!

Now, I am very interested in getting Dr. Weston A. Price's book.

Ok. :D

Many things I knew already thanks to you and your fantastic class. :)

It was a very well organized, well narrated video, er dvd. It also had fantastic photos/slides that went along the narration. (I loved the slides b/c I could glance away when she spoke to wrap presents, without missing anything.)

It went into EVERYTHING (and if you don't have kiddos, it was still very important nutritional information). From the diets of isolated (even semi isolated) people from around the world, what their diets had in common etc and how incredibly healthy they were. (When I say semi isolated I mean the men would hike into the bigger cities (where diseases like tuberculosis were rampant) to find work. Yet hey never got tuberculosis!)

The importance of grass fed meats (raw, cooked and organ), raw dairy products and eggs all rich in vitamin A and D, other nutrients and calcium. (Seafood too.)

Properly prepared grains.

Pottenger cats and other lab studies.

The dangers of extruded foods like cereal, especially the whole wheat variety.

Water.

Soy.

Oils.

And more!

OK, I just tried to watch the video on BBrook's link and I could not. Almost every slide drifts, mostly from right to left. When it got to the part where the words remain in place and the silhouette of a country drifted in a different direction. I now am starting a migraine and am slightly sick to my stomach......I am SOOOO disappointed! I would've gladly paid $50 to support this!

:barnie

BBH, tell me the video is not two hours of drifting images....

Nope. The images were perfect. If you buy it, you also get a bunch (5-6) of time sensitive downloads to go with it. (I have not downloaded yet. I better do it before time runs out on me.)

Ok I went back and checked the video on BB's link. The images do drift subtly, but they are clear. I tend to go berserk when my vision is messed with, however this video didn't do that to me.
