Olive oil. Love the stuff. Never thought I could afford to buy what I know is the real deal from Italy. Or anywhere else for that matter.
If you are anything like me you have fallen for the cheap prices. How could you pass up the large bottles at such low prices.
My research has shown that anytime you buy olive oil in bulk, that you are most certainly buying an adulterated product.
Cut with cheap tasteless processed oils to bulk up the sales.
I listened to this podcast, http://www.cheeseslave.com/2010/11/...kerston-on-olive-oil-and-sustainable-farming/ and during it, I went to check out the website of the man that was being interviewed.
I love the sustainable farm that they are running, but even more, I LOVE the price of the Real Olive Oil that they make and sell.

Check them out, and listen to the podcast!
They talk about real sustainable farming a fair amount in addition to olive oil.
