OMG, I just cooked my own grass fed lamb roast...

and it was fabulous!!!!!!:D

It was a shoulder roast, and I seasoned it with rosemary, garlic, thyme s&p, dry roasted it in the oven at 275 for 2 1/2 hours.

Sadly, there is none left for leftovers, but I am boiling the bones.

And it always tastes better when you raised it and processed it yourself .Next time wifey, I'll do a leg o lamb, there will be leftovers and I'll save you some :p
