Thought this should be mentioned again.
This was discovered almost be accident, by many in the Traditional, Real Foods movement.
Consuming Fermented Cod Liver Oil daily, prevents sun damage 100% of the time.

It can be purchased here, www.drrons.com or straight from the manufacturere, www.greenpasture.org

Cost is $45 per bottle, and each bottle will last one adult, 6 months.
Product is safe for even babies to take, and in fact, combined with a nutrient dense diet, can reverse poor jaw and tooth placement in newborns to 3 years old, that the SAD diet contributes to.

This product is not the same as fish oils, which do not contain A and D in them.
It contains on average, 10,000 IUs of A and 500 IUs of D, which work synergistically together for optimal absorption.

A further advantage for diabetics, is that FCLO prevents infections and allows for fast normal healing of wounds.

If you add in one other product with the FCLO, High Vitamin Butter Oil, and practice a grain free diet as needed, you can reverse dental cavities as well.
Grains can be resumed after healing has occurred, and should be prepared the old fashioned way, of either sprouting or souring.

Somehow, I can't help but feel skeptical...
Everyone is to begin with. I actually did not know about the link until after I realized I was no longer turning into a cooked lobster being outside.
It never hurts to give one bottle a test run.

I don't take CLO, but I did throw out all my sunscreen a couple of years ago. I stopped getting sunburns when I started eating low carb and actually getting sun exposure. When I was using sun screen I used to turn in to a lobster in 10 minutes despite using spf 55+.

So diet does play an important role in your ability to actually go outside like a real person without slathering yourself in toxic chemicals.

How CLO comes in to play I can't say. Never tried it.

How is it permanent if you have to take it daily?
Maybe permanent is not quite the right word....certainly all natural with out the need to slather on the junk or cover up excessively to prevent burns!

Saturated fats play a huge role :)
The FCLO works super well, because of how A and D work together.
