I was looking for plan to make a Media Cabinet. I was looking for something with the overall dimensions of 37.25" H x 48.5" W x 13" D Like the one pictured below. Thanks for the help.
Sorry I can't help with plans, I always just build what I need with maybe a rough sketch or a picture to go by.
You have the picture and the dimensions.
I would lay out the face frame, build the doors to fit and then build the carcass to fit the frame. The shelves are all the same size and fixed, so cut dados to hold the shelves.
Are you going to paint it?
You can get away with a lot of T&E if you paint it.

I have never built anything by hand I really have no idea where to start. I guess a book on drafting would help a whole bunch. Also any other tips you might have would help too.
