i have about 15 or so bags of kraft shredded cheddar cheese and i need to start using it can someone please give me recipes that will use a large amount of this cheese
You can totally freeze it.
You can put cheese in almost any type of casserole, even if it doesn't call for it. Cheesy mashed potatoes. Cheesy meatloaf, Mac & cheese, brocoli & cheese.
Shredded cheese freezes just fine. Brick cheese will get all crumbly if you freeze and thaw it. Whenever I find shredded cheese on sale, I BUY IT ALL and pop it in to the deep freeze
