She used to make some of the best stuff and can't for anything remember how to make it... you ask her ok how much do I add... and she says... ummm I just eyeball it... you know when it's the right amount... nice roast
chop it all up and sweet potato crust
chicken pies:
cream cheese for thickener
carrots and peas
whole chicken
ditto for the chopping and crust
sweet potato crust: mashed potatoes and shredded hard cheese (like parmesan). sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake.
i think i'll put them in individual pie pans... once they're cool, put saran wrap over and their lid and freeze them
eta: they're really good on almond meal crust or graham cracker almond meal for lower carb. mix the meals and lots of butter and bake before you add in the filling and then bake again with the potatoes.
