My fiance has ben in bed all day with a GI bug. Vomit/diarrhea. He is thinking about eating something for dinner but ..... what?

I made chicken noodle soup earlier. I just put on some rice for him. Do you think that is good enough?

Cook the rice with extra water until its nice and soupy. Add sea salt to taste. This is a typical recuperating food in Asia.
Other then that, plain homemade broth.

He didn't go for the rice, but he had a little broth..... then a little soup... ended up eating at least 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. :love

I ran out at the last minute to get crackers. Thank God they were on sale - otherwise they would have been $4 for a box of crackers, not ritz, but similar. I love crackers with soup, but he didn't have any.

Got some ice cream too. Not sure if that was for him or for me. I had a micro-disaster today. I don't know if my customer was happy at the end or not.

Thank you for the quick help! I lose my mind in moments like that!
