I get to spend time this weekend putting the bathroom sink back on the wall and putting in new pipes. Not unusual, I know, but the reason I must do this is odd (or at least, I think so). My niece, who lives with me, decided to sit on it to do her makeup. Can you believe it? 16-years old and weighs 160 lbs. but no common sense apparently. Tore the sink right out of the wall and busted the drain pipe completely right above the trap. Geesh!

It happens a lot with tenants as well. I usually replace the hanging sink with an updated vanity/sink top.
