Has anyone seen glass piggy banks? My daughter wants a large glass piggy bank without a plug. I found small ones without plugs and 1 larger one with a plug. The ones I found on the internet were very expensive. Do you know of any stores that might carry them? I checked hobby lobby, walmart, shopco, target.

I just saw some a couple of weeks ago, I think it was at Dollar Tree. I remember my grand daughter eying them, and I thought "no way" because they were glass. They are about the size of a quart jar, if I remember correctly, and made to look like carnival glass.

try a target or kmart type store

I bought a glass piggy with the plug (not a big one) in pink glass for Nicole. She loves it and a 6 yr old she can sure watch the 'grandma' dollars stack up. Oh edited to say you tried those stores, but I think Igot mine at CVS but it was about 3 yrs ago.

I have some that were only @ 3inch tall and 4 inch long. She wants a bigger one, without a plug so she can't take the money out very easy. (If at all). We have a dollar tree will try there. Didn't think it would be hard to find a glass piggy bank.
