Pottery type neti pots are expensive when you consider what you need to do with them. All you do is flush your nasal passages with water and salt (and sometimes an herbal tea). There is no need to pay for such an unnecessary luxury.
I see the #2 bottles in dollar stores and wallyworld all the time for less than $1.00 each. Many of us have mustard and catchup containers sitting around since most of these condiments come in their own squeeze bottle nowadays. Who cares if your neti bottle is red or yellow!
The free version is a recycled bottle from anything that comes in a handy container with any type of spout or nozzle.
