Somewhere on this board, I remember someone asking what Scott Abel stuff I was using.
I'm sorry I could not find that post, so here it is on its own thread.

First of all, watch these to see why I am all over using his stuff.

This man understand all about Metabolic damage, and what it takes to heal.
On top of all that, his weight training is fabulous.
I plan to actually buy on of the basic dvd sets in the future, but for now, I am using this.

I have been on break from it, due to our car wreck, but am now ready to get back on track.
I found weight stuff is an absolute blast and I look forward to doing it.

FYI! Under no circumstance should anyone use weights the first time they do this set.
And when you add weights, stick with 2 pounds and work your way up as you are able to.
You will not be able to move if you grab the heavier ones first.
I used 5 pound weights the first time and thought I did great.
The next morning, and the next two days were utter agony.

The ultimate goal with this is to do 3 sets of this workout.
Have fun browsing his other stuff on Youtube!

Thanks BB! I'll check it out this weekend when I'm at work. Adding weight training to my life has been one of my New Year resolutions. So far I'm doing sit-ups and bench pressing until I figure out exactly what I needed to do!

I love this little 8 minute set, becuase it uses the whole body right off the bat.
I figure once I can do it with 8 pound weights with ease, then I will be ready for more intense stuff that he offers.
