Lovin' The Homestead
4 lbs ground meat of choice (ground beef)
3 tbsp chopped onion
2 cups homemade beef broth (1 - 14-1/2 oz can beef broth)
1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp beef bouillon granules
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Cook meat and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes (using canned broth, will need to be a smidge longer if using homemade). Serve!
I make this up and then divide the leftovers in half and freeze those. Just add a little water to frozen meat (or microwave) and it heats back up just great
Convenience taco's at its finest And no wheat flour in the bunch! (PLEASE don't tell me my bouillon cubes don't have wheat )
