Anyone read it? I just started it and it seems very interesting. Just wondered if anyone else has done what he suggests.

I haven't seen or heard of the book before. I was at our local Christian book shop today, and they have lots of books on the same basic subject (good health/losing weight/eating right), but that isn't one of them.

I briefly glanced at the website for the book. It seems like a lot of common sense - drink more water - get proper sleep, walk, exercise - nutritional supplements, reduce stress, etc. It seems (from the tiny bit I read) that he recommends a low-glycemic diet.

I personally know some people who for medical reasons should not fast. So I would suggest that if you are intending to fast at all, make sure you run it past your general health provider.

In all, it seems he writes about some of the same stuff that is not healthy for us - (like storing food in plastics) that have been discussed by members of this board.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this book.
