Ok, here is a wind chime made with old keys and driftwood. I usually hang this in the trees, however, it is hard to see so I put it up against my front door so you could see it. (I hate the color of my front door and plan to change it soon, so don't laugh! Yup, it is purple-ish...it was there when I got here!)

It sounds amazing, by the way. SAVE YOUR OLD KEYS!!! It is worth it!

I also have this cool (new-to-me) driftwood coat rack (check out that beautiful scarf too!):

And this wind chime I made out of a piece of drift wood, beach glass beads and recycled copper piping:

I also found this great walking stick with a horse's head:

Sally, I love those! I love using keys also...they have a good, subtle chime...skeleton keys are my fave. I wish I had a good source of interesting driftwood here. You have given me great ideas..... :D

I saw a most beautiful driftwood sculpture of a horse this year, stood about 4 ft. high and was priced at $1200!!!

Keep collecting that driftwood, Sal...enough to make a horse! :)

Ok Sally my husband thinks I have lost it but here you go. Ok maybe he thought it was kinda funny, the Guns and Ammo magazine was his suggestion. We screwed it to the magazine holder because RV walls are not known for their strength.

I was going to post a picture without the TP on it but the image was way to suggestive. :ep Humm umm, I didn't want to get in trouble.

These were sent to me in an email, I love them and thought I would share. I WISH THEY WERE MINE! I could not find who to credit them to, but they are incredible.

I am sorry but those horse scare me. They look creepy and kinda "skeletal".

Sally! What beautiful windchimes! :thumbsup
I'm going to attempt a windchime from some giant bamboo a friend found on her lot.
I've seen those horses before too, very cool.

My mom uses bits of driftwood bought at yard sales to plant bromeliads. She uses a wood glue to fasten the plant to it, then hangs the driftwood. I have a bit of peppermint growing in a hollow piece by my front door.

In my home town on the coast of VA, there was a house that had a giant water serpant in the front yard. It was made where it went in and out of the "water". Very cool, I will look to see if I have a pic stashed away. Words don't do it justice.
