Just finalized the deal. The new owner will be picking it up in a couple of weeks. Did well enough to pay off the HELOC and the Visa card. For the very first time in my life, I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF DEBT!!!
House is paid for, Heloc is paid off, Visa cards paid off, both cars are paid for, dogs are paid for....the only bills we have now are utilities and insurance and the insurance is going to be CHEAPER now!!

Don't laugh. I just got back from my buddies farm....he gave me a couple of really nice Elderberry bushes!!
