Just seeing the recipes gave me a kick in the pants. It seems that I fall into a rut about the soups that I make. Kids have their favourites, so do hubby and I, so I never really venture out from the norm. But, now I am going to try different recipes, maybe get a new favourite going for a while. I have made several of those soups before, but there are a few new ones I want to try. All fall/winter I have soup for lunch 4 days out of seven. (take a break in the spring/summer and switch to salads) Now I'm going back to figure out what soup I willl make next.

Impeccable timing! I canned pepper relish yesterday, and ended up with a couple gallons of leftover liquid from grinding up the peppers. Figured it would work well in soup somehow, and your link has a bunch of recipes I can borrow from. Thanks!!
