How about under a top kitchen cabinet? What I did was to make a flat tray, put hinges on it, a magnetic catch, and a brass chain. It is attached under the top kitchen cabinet over the counter. The chain lets it come down to about 45 degrees and all the spices are stacked in the tray in their original containers. You can see them all at the same time and find what you want. Since the tray is only about 1.5" deep, it is almost not noticeable under the cabinet. Saves space and is really convenient for finding what you want.
