Did I get the right thing? It's Lundy's brand, just says Refined Lard and BHA and BHT added to preserve flavor - other side is in Spanish. No ingredient list. There was another brand that actually had lard, hydrogenated lard, and a few other things in the ingredients - I didn't get that one.

Thinking our Country-Fried Venison Cube Steaks for Christmas Dinner will be EXTRA yummy fried in lard Just hoping what I got is the proper stuff....

Its still better then hydrogentated

Availability comes and goes. They also have Lamb tallow. We have had that and their grassfed lamb.
It is so yummy. I have never enjoyed lamb, and it was nto till I had grassfed, that I knew why!
