Super bowl party menu

How many of you are going to watch the super bowl and eat the night away?

We have been trying to plan our menu but have no idea what we are going to have. The only thing I can figure out so far is hot wings. The hotter the better.

What are your plans? Anything special for the food? or drinks?

Hot wings is a great start! I always look for some untraditional recipes for Super Bowl parties but also make sure to serve some of the traditional.

Traditional things in my mind will always include chili and nachos. Maybe a chili bar for everyone to add their choice of toppings? (Corn chips, cheese, onions, sour cream, etc.)

Well, it's after the fact now, but we had chili and whole wheat tortillas as a snack and then squash, hot sausages and rosemary roasted chicken for the main course.

I'm glad it was another entertaining Super Bowl. And Springsteen was great, too.

I totally missed that one. Maybe I can use some of these great ideas next year.

I've been totally in the dark about sports, and entertainment since I got rid of my TV. I get my news by word of mouth.

Which reminds me.... so, who won the Superbowl?

Oh, and who were they playing against?

Yeah, it's sad, I know.

It was the Cardinals Vs. The Steelers. Steelers one but just barely. I spent a long time hoping to see the Cardinals make it that far and I have to give them due respect because that was one of the best games I've seen in a long time from them.
