How can new users be super moderators so fast? Must be relatives or good friends. I got more points than the moderators I've seen. They beat my join date by a month.

Great question.
We brought over some of our very experienced moderators from the other forums to help us over here. Between them, they have over 40,000 posts on my other communities!!
Also, I'm evaluating the potential of converting my other sites from an antiquated forum software over to the same software running here, and their feedback on the "back-end" operations and systems is vital in that decision process.
So, while they lack experience here, they have more than enough experience from the other sites to do what is needed to support this community.
Hopefully that makes sense?
