I have looked and looked and can't find that quiche recipe - I think it was yours, Wifezilla? It was so good. It was crustless, and that's why I want it. Though I am not low carb, I do better if I stay away from them in the morning. I'm going to make it in muffin tins so I can pop them in the freezer for quick eats.

That's it! Thanks. It was called swiss chard PIE, which is why I didn't catch it. I was looking for the word quiche. :D I must have just made it without the crust. I know I didn't use a crust.

edit: Now I'm not sure if it's the exact one, but it looks good anyway!

I make a frittata using swiss chard, you may be looking for that recipe as I have posted it before.

I chop up the swiss chard fairly small.
Saute some onion and garlic. Sometimes I toss the swiss chard into the pan and let it wilt. If you want bacon, cook some of that up.
Put all of these ingredients in a baking dish. Add grated cheese of your choice (sometimes I use slices or chunks). Mix up a mess of eggs, I usually use 1 dz, add a little bit of milk, but you don't have to. You can season it with salt, pepper, and or nutmeg. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in the pan and bake. I usually bake stuff at around 350*, neither I nor the oven are too accurate. Bake for 30-45 min. The top should be lightly browned and the inside set.

This is not a recipe that requires accurate measurement. I just try to make sure the eggs cover the vegy etc mixture. I use whatever vegies I have on hand and whatever cheese I have on hand. Although swiss cheese is especially good with swiss chard or spinach.

Thanks gals! That's very helpful. I'm thinking I might have combined a couple recipes and never wrote it down. Then my hard drive crashed, so I lost the pages I bookmarked and there ya go - tons of confusion :p

Or you could print everything you see like I do. :D I have a stack of recipes the size of North Dakota on my desk.. Some day I might file them all. :barnie but usually I do the paper shuffle for 10 min looking for what I need.
