I have one like it and it works fine for the price.
I've read that others felt the grind was too coarse but that is easily handled by regrinding the flour once or twice. If you want it extremely fine just pour through a sieve.
I have made everything I wanted with that grinder. Get extra burrs if you want but mine lasted a long time. The cornbread is fantastic! :D

A neighbor has one and hooked it up to an Exercycle, doubling as a workout. I only grind as much as I need to prevent rancidity but the bike is great for large amounts. His wife sells bread.

Thanks Sylvie. I was thinking I might not be able to get that "perfect" flour....but, if your neighbor can use one to make bread to sell...well...it must work just fine. I think I will go look it up again..and MAYBE buy it. :)

Where did you find it? I would like to get one. Would a hand meat grinder be the same?
