Fats - especially cholesterol are what the body uses to make the sex hormones.

Shaky and tired all the time? Could be low blood sugar. Some protein, fat, and fiber at each meal helps keep it stable longer. You may want to have Dr. check you out.

Hope it settles down sometime soon. We were all teens before so you're not alone. Just some of us NEVER want to remember that time again.

This sounds like a job for peanut butter fudge!

Mix natural peanut butter, butter, and honey to taste. Melting the butter helps you mix everything.

Chill and enjoy :D
