We are making applesauce today, check out these apples!

We have a very good orchard about 6 miles north of us, and they have THE best produce in the area. We like to use the Mutsu apples for our sauce. Here are a couple of pictures to show you just how good the crop was this year. ALL of the Mutsu's we bought are this size. That is a pint jar setting behind that apple....

Most of them are so big, they won't fit in the peeler!
