I don't know your particular area. The pics look nice and clean, and you have a lot of them. That has GOT to be a good point.

I don't see anything in the pics that needs to be changed. Except there is that old adage about painting your front door a color like yellow. Not sure how well that works -- I don't like yellow that much;)

The pic I noticed most was the bathroom pic with the nicer shower curtain. The house just looks more "finished" in it, and it looks inviting. The house is empty now? I don't suppose you have pics with furniture and a little decor in place that would make it look more homey?

How is your school district? If it is an outstanding one, I'd list that in the comments. Same for any tax advantages you can list?

I'd be interested myself in the livestock zoning. That MIGHT be a two-edged sword though. Some people might not want to perhaps end up living next to pigs, while for me it would be more important to freely use my property.

I don't know if you are there often -- something like flowers near the door or on hanging baskets on the porch?

But it does look very clean. And it's a plus that you provide room dimensions and details -- or it would be to me.

I hope you get offers!

You know, I did just look again and noticed the roof this time. Is it in good shape? The dark lines or discoloration in the main photo might make me wonder. Maybe they can just be cleaned off?

The roof looking somewhat dirty was the first thing I saw. Everything looks clean and easy to maintain. The house is obviously empty so it is hard to add color and give it that homey feel. Not sure what else you could change or add.

The place looks really nice and clean and in general has a neutral decor. I think the only thing for me would be the wallpaper in the one bathroom and maybe the wooden toilet seats. But certainly those shouldn't be deal breakers or stop someone from buying a home.

Jawja, y'all
The nice big yard was attractive to me. The pictures showed it off quite well

what a pretty home! As for that roof...a power washer will take care of those streaks...just make sure you use LIGHT pressure. They should come right off. However...make a notation on the roofs age? I think it should sell quickly....very pretty!!!!
