Does anybody here remember a quirky television series called Wonderfalls?

It was on a few years ago, and didn't even air all of its episodes before being pulled.

It was about a girl who worked in a souvenir store in Niagara Falls that was built over a First Nation burial ground. Inanimate objects in the store would talk to her and give her life advice.

It was very different, but very good. I think it failed to find its audience, unfortunately.

As a matter of fact, Tag, there's a Wikipedia entry that talks rather extensively about the series and Amazon has the video. Nine of the episodes never made it to the air which was too bad because the show was imaginative and funny.

The movie Firehouse Dog was also from the creator of Wonderfalls, and I hear that they planted some of the props for the series in the set of the movie.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I'd like to check it out.

I have Wonderfalls on DVD and I'd highly recommend it.
