I finally decided to cook. Bacon wrapped, jalapeno stuffed quail with a honey garlic glaze. Butter beans and sauteed zucchini to go with. I should cook more often, lol!

probably not...tonight i cooked some frozen mixed vegetables and put plenty of butter on them.

simple meal tonight, beans with cheese melted on top then whole milk yogurt and hot sauce. hit the spot and now i'm ready to fall asleep at even a fairly normal time.
