Chicken sandwich. Actually, it was lunch at 3. But won't want dinner now...so that's fine.

I finally decided to cook. Bacon wrapped, jalapeno stuffed quail with a honey garlic glaze. Butter beans and sauteed zucchini to go with. I should cook more often, lol!

tonight i cooked some frozen mixed vegetables and put plenty of butter on them.
