We had pork chops and sauerkraut with air fried potatoes and salad. Simple, but we went out to lunch for our favorite clam chowder so we wanted a light dinner.

We're having pulled pork today too, but for dinner.

I made marinated flank steak with mushrooms and baked potatoes last night. We almost always have street tacos on Wednesdays, so the leftover steak will make great ones today.

I made tempura shrimp and fried rice. Soo good!!!

We are having Chinese bourbon chicken tonight. Italian hot sausage and pasta last night and Greek pita burgers the night before. We are traveling the world and never leaving the deck. lol

went to Costco and had a sample of Milton's Veggie Pizza on Cauliflower crust. OMG. So good I bought two!!! And I never buy packaged foods. That good. If you have a Costco nearby, give it a try.

You could try mashed sweet potatoes. Not sure if they are low carb, but healthier.

I made pierogi for the first time last night. First time I ever made it, but also the first time I ever ate it. It was so good. I'll do that again. The polish sausage? Meh....tasted just like hot dog. Kept thinking I needed a bun and some mustard. Tonight will be Kalbi flank steak...
