I just got this book a month ago or so, it is wonderful!

I took a bunch of stuff to the recycling center and came home with egg cartons! They have stacks and stacks just sitting there. This will come in handy when my girls start laying.

Wow they are so beautiful! I would love to have one.

Oh, and what do you think of having a place to list SS books and magazines. Not to sell, just for others to reference........?

So, I have been thinking of nicknames for under our usernames. I thought of something like.. City Dweller Out in the Suburbs In the Country Homesteader :idunno Still thinking!

I love this site~ Some things I have been researching lately on my own, are; root cellaring alternative heat sources(including building plans for wood stoves) emergency preparedness(food/water supply, first aid kit, etc.) I love the other topics so far! Should there be a hunting area? I'm not...
