    If the DW and kids dont interrupt me i can build one in 10 hours, its not really that hard its just time consuming tabbing the cells and sealing them in eva with a heat gun.

    I am making a step by step how too, i hope to finish it up over the Thanksgiving holiday,I got to do some work at a shop that makes them and learned how, the slow part for doing it at home is sealing the cells in eva, lol dont have the eguipment so i have to use a heat gun. i will post it here...

    lol yes ice storms here really make it bad, last winter my wonderful boss didnt let us leave early when the freezing rain started and it took me 4.5 hours to get home, people here can not drive, they dont slow down until they cause a 50 car pile up or setting in the ditch, it was horrible...

    I played with it here and boxed it back up for the move, it seems well built and it was on sale for 350.00 and came with the charge controller, i will know when i install it for real when we get to our homestead in march. But so far i am happy with the construction of it and it weighs 23 pounds.
