@Hinotori I agree. Food is going to be out priced for more than it currently is. Shameful really, as we waste so much as a country, yet some areas are on the brink of hunger for many. Recalls, shutdowns, availability, all a part. I see food lines increasing at various food bank facilities...

Pulled pork BBQ from freezer stash.😊 No rolls, so just fork & plate. Oh, some ginger snaps for dessert.

Got turkey from freezer...thawing. Will process tomorrow.😄 Today I caramelized onions. About a pint, which I put into ice cube tray. Now freezing. They'll be great for fast use later. May do more. Love them on a hamburger.

It's a FRIGID 15 outside this morning!!!!!! Only 59 inside, so turned heat on & laid back in my warm, heated bed. Now I need to get up, layer up and contemplate toting hot water to tubs. 😵‍💫🥶😱😱🥶🥶🥶 What a way to start a day. :th I'm a southerner!!

Still cold and windy here. Goes thru you!!!🥶. Been up for a while -- heat pumping. I'm definitely chilled. Not looking forward to chores and running errands this morn. Brrr. Breaking ice on water added to chores this week. Had to tote hot water to add one day.

Wonderful news for & about DH 🥰. Got to be relief for both ya!!! Probably a couple more fine time adjustments will get y'all's lives back to "normal". -- whatever that is. :lol:

Didn't freeze last night but that cold is dropping in this morning. 😣 Will just keep dropping temps all day and winds are huge. Expect mid teens all night. Guess I'll fill at least one big heated tub today.....and a couple smaller ones inside one of the barns, where I can hang them a couple...
