I did do some Lemongrass and Sage and I think it's about my fave so far.
I'm also still on the fence about continuing to make soap. I can't seem to get my coloring to come out right.
Oh, Bee. I'm so sorry. I know this is not what you wanted.
I know you (or anyone else) doesn't understand why. But, God does. He will work it all out, in His time.
:hugs
Same here, very rural and not close to anything by bike. Very rarely do I ever come back with what I could carry on a bike. Even if I did have her extention, no way could I make it up a couple of monster hills to my house with chicken feed, dog food and people food.
I don't mind at all.
Keep in mind these amounts are sized to fit my mold. Use the soap resizer calculator for the size mold you will be using. Remember, don't enter the water and lye amounts. It will do that for you.
This uses a superfat of 5%.

Dace, putting it in a place easily hidden is one thing we told him to think about if (when) he gets another.
His BF had his last name tattooed on his forearm in Old English Script. It' looks good, but very hard to hide.
Alot of the things we do aren't exactly SS. Take for instance, four wheeler racing - lots of money, but it's what DS is most interested in. Now, saying that, we try to be as SS about it as possible. DH is teaching Andy how to build his own motors, make his own repairs, etc. If we go to Nationals...
I finally got all my soaps moved from the racks over the tub to above the garage. It stays cooler in this weather and no humidity.
I think I also found a recipe I like and has turned out 2-3 batches with consistent results. It stays in the mold for 24 hours and cures in 3 weeks. Now, I think I...
I suppose I should catch up a little bit.
We've been getting a few things done around the house before bad weather sets in:
Sweet potatoes - dug (some eaten :P )
Yards - mowed
Fields - bushhogged
Pool - covered
Weeds - poisoned
Chickens in the tractor - moved to Hen Pen (although the 3...
I use my debit card alot. I may write 5-6 checks per month. Some banks charge a fee for writing over "X" number of checks. If I need extra cash, I go to an in network ATM, mostly because I can also check my balance. I have been known to do the Walmart gum thing, too.
We use credit cards, too...
That's great about the community garden, and so close to you.
Glad your DS wasn't hurt badly. Pogo sticks can be fun. When my DS was about 12-13 he had one. We used to sit and count how many times he could "pogo in a row". I think it was close to 300.
Your weather sounds like E. Tenn. weather...
FF, I can really feel for you. I'm one of those people who can't sleep when they are sick either. I soooo envy those who can sleep all day and still get a good night's rest.
I hope you feel better soon! And, your DH, too!
Big Fat Ditto!!
ETA: the fact that I haven't found anyone else hardly around here that share the same ideals.
I feel like BB's goat: One horn sticking out of my head from the way some people look at me.
