    I think I have been catching on through this site. They are the ones that are long, big, ummmm spongy? I remember we had Morels at our old hosue becasue my dad would pick some mushrooms and eat them. He is an outdoorsy guy and he is still alive so I'm pretty sure they weren't deadly mushrooms.

    I have always stayed away from eating mushrooms. I'm sure with a guide book and identification bok I could get safe ones. But I don't want to risk it.

    I think I know exactly where you went in, near that island that is diagonal to the train bridge, near the dirt road that comes by the water. Only on the other side right? We found a dead cow in that area.

    When I was younger and couldn't swim I walked right off a drop in the water that was over my head. It is very scary, and I imagine you were very lucky. Was it over your head or on the sand bar?

    I put them in my little grow box, Germination says about 14 days, but I don't know if leaving the light on will quick up the time. Once they start to flower I will Cut off the heads, dry them, harvest them and then plant some more :D
