I think I have been catching on through this site. They are the ones that are long, big, ummmm spongy? I remember we had Morels at our old hosue becasue my dad would pick some mushrooms and eat them. He is an outdoorsy guy and he is still alive so I'm pretty sure they weren't deadly mushrooms.
When I say not a meat bird. They are not a traditional meat bird. Pheasant hunting is getting a wild bird whose feed you don't have to buy, and it is a sport. I'm just saying that it would be more time and cost effective to buy Cornish.

Guineas actually use quite a bit of land, they are better when free ranged and will go far. about a mile down the road our neighbor has guineas and they will make it sometimes a half mile from here.

When I was younger and couldn't swim I walked right off a drop in the water that was over my head. It is very scary, and I imagine you were very lucky. Was it over your head or on the sand bar?
I put them in my little grow box, Germination says about 14 days, but I don't know if leaving the light on will quick up the time. Once they start to flower I will Cut off the heads, dry them, harvest them and then plant some more :D
